The Kingdom of Lochac has many events throughout the year. You can see upcoming ones here.

These are the events the College has traditionally attended as a group! Hopefully, older links will be replaced as the sites are updated. Dates are approximate until confirmed!

Border War, February. Kurrajong Scout Camp, Oura Rd, Wagga Wagga, NSW.
A camping event a few hours away that consists of war, a feast, some A&S classes, a bardic circle, chilling out, and a bit more war.

Rowany Festival, April (Easter Long Weekend). Camp Wombaroo, 162 Black Springs Rd, High Range, NSW.
The biggest event in Australia, a nearly-week long camping event, Rowany Festival can bring together upwards of one thousand SCAdians. There are multiple tourneys, two days of war, many A&S classes, numerous market stalls selling cool stuff, and ample opportunity to meet tonnes of new and interesting people.

Spring War, October long weekend. Standen Drive, Lower Belford, NSW.
A camping event near Newcastle – it was Andronicus’ first “away event”. The event boasts two days of war, a good helping of A&S classes, and a feast – which has never disappointed us! The Barony of Mordenvale, hosts of Spring War, are also well known for their ample bacon, egg and mushroom breakfasts!

Fields of Gold, November. Bungendore Showground, Mathews lane, Bungendore NSW.
A local event, held just out of town. Fields of Gold has multiple tournaments, and prides itself on the pageantry of its feasts and courts. It is a spectacular event to attend, especially as it’s just 45 minutes out of Canberra!

College War. July (Ordinarily).
Part of the tradition of the Colleges of Lochac is College War – a weekend event with a tourney and war day, wherein the Colleges compete for the Sword of Knowledge: a symbol of prowess and power, as well as a physical sword.
The event is hosted by a different College every year, so could be as close as a Canberra Scout Camp, or as far away as Western Australia.
